The issue of recycling has reared its ugly head again ... with word the city's "diversion rate" actually dropping according to stats presented this week. The "diversion rate" indicates the percentage of Ottawa's waste that goes to the dump compared to what goes into recycling (green, blue and black bin) programs. So, we want to know if you recycle ... and if so, to what degree?
